I am a photographer based out of Northern Michigan. I have spent 30 years in the public safety field working in EMS, and different hospital settings primarily in emergency care. I have left the medical field to pursue other passions and travel the country with my wife who works as a travel nurse. We spend 13 weeks at a time in different areas of this beautiful country and I have found a renewed passion for my photography.
I started photography about 10 years ago as a hobby to help with my PTSD and I absolutely love it. The technical aspect of the cameras and equipment I get to use, to the creative styles and techniques used to create images that people will enjoy looking at and display in their homes is rewarding to me.
In addition to photography I also do photo editing, retouching, and some restoration of photographs. I am a certified advanced user of photoshop and currently taking a class for adobe illustrator with plans to become Adobe certified in both platforms.
